"Who do they think they are? Kiss?!"
I had never put up a page dedicated to Virgos Merlot before. I pretty much left that to my sister when she got around to learning about webpages at school. In any case, my Virgos Merlot experiences pre-Kathy were mostly with Amber and Frank. I've been sharing VM's music with everyone. I bought several copies of Signs of a Vacant Soul to give away to my brother and sister and other friends. Frank and Amber did the same. We'd convert people with the CD. We'd cement fans by bringing them to the band's live show. It was a grand time.
To the left is a wine bottle signed by the band. I found the wine in New Orleans and I thought I'd be a cheezeball and grab a bottle. I got it signed at my siblings' first show at the Sapphire.
Now that Virgos Merlot is no longer and I've done my share of mourning, I think I'll dig out some of my photos from the archives to share with people who are interested. I also have some newer photos of what they are all doing nowadays. That's all I have to type up here.
